L’auteure
Christel Hortz is a trained social worker, passionate about words and images. She trained in video, audio editing and graphic creation on her own and by following short training courses. In 2021, she participated in the Camera-etc adult workshop and discovered the creation of animated images. It’s a revelation for her. In 2022, she responded to the MiCROFiLM call by proposing a very personal project: a letter to her mother suffering from Alzheimer’s. The Birds is his first personal film, made using mixed animation techniques.
